THE JUDICIAL COUNCIL OF GHANA MUST SIT UP

The recent case about one NDC sympathizer and a self-styled businessman, Mr. Agbesi Woyome, and the massive judgment debt (GHC50M) is so pathetic to the good and reasonable people of Ghana. What saddens the most is that the president of Ghana, in the person of John Atta Mills seems to have had a total complacency on the entire move. The president of the republic of Ghana initially claimed that he knew nothing about the whole payment but now professes to have given order for the payment to stop.

Today, just as it was in the issue of the then NDC's CIB and its scandalous event. All and sundry in this very current administration is claiming oblivion.

What are we as a nation doing and to where are we as a poor nation of high literacy rate heading towards?

Where is the judiciary council of Ghana, the people who profess to be called, our learned friends are indeed our moronic friends.

The issue of the judgment debt clearly points out that the so called president of Ghana is no longer in control of the affairs of the nation.

If surely he did, then he would have known whatever goes on in the nation, and in fact whatever comes in and goes out of the nation.

It is foolishness(sorry for my insult.Any way this is insult in the right order) for the president, who is the main manager of the economy, the man mandated to stand on behalf of the good people of Ghana to have said that he gave out the directive for the payment of be stopped but his people went ahead and made the payment.

Nothing worries me the most than our moronic people, the juducial servive of Ghana. What they have failed to realize is the fact that, this very act of the president amount to impeachment in all senses.

But. because of politics having taken all the four corners of the nation, they all sit uncornec as if nothing had happenec. To me I think the lawyers and the judges of Ghana are not very serious with their work. And they do not actually understand the law they did.
It is a suggestion that they all go back and read Latin, as a way of getting the full basics of law and principle.

Shame on the judicial service of GHANA for their shallow mindedness and their big time moronic thoughts. Lawyer who for time immemorial could not decipher between rule of law and the overlord superiority of the Politician. To the extent that they allow their rulings to be tampered with by common men ( President) Yes, it is affront to justice and inimical to rule of law for any president, either Jesus on earth or Satan in much prowess to grant a parole to political prisoners. Very stupid indeed.
Biased judicial who do not know much. Today we all talk about politics of insult but it seems most people do not understand the true meaning of insult. And they say two wrongs do not make a right. who said. A wrong intented to instil a sense of maturity into an insane mind is a right in itself.

The judicial council of Ghana needs to sit up cos revolution is coming. And per the saying of Martin Luther, injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.
